Call Centre Representative (Internal Position)




We are looking for a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting online surveys and online interviews as well as handling customer inquiries via phone and  social media . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a diploma/degree level education.


• Diploma/degree in Secretarial or Office administration / Marketing

• Excellent communication skills, 

• Fluent in English

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, social media, and live chat

• Conducting online interviews as well as online survey

• Resolving customer complaints and issues and Providing accurate information to customers

• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Meeting or exceeding performance targets
