  • Qualifications in Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively. 


  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
  • Manage reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers 
  • Provide administrative support to the team •
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
